In this special episode, I had the honor of walking RunitwithRobin through making an instaworthy Brunch Board. We used ingredients many of you would already have in your fridge. She was a natural, and truly needed no help from yours truly! Below is the scones recipe we used. Make em, bake em and enjoy em!

Scones
Yield: 6 servings
AP Flour 3 Cups
Granulated Sugar ½ Cup
Baking Powder 5 Tsp
Sea Salt ½ Tsp
Unsalted Butter ¾ Cup
Large Egg 1 Each
Milk 1 Cup
Shredded Sharp Cheddar ¼ Cup
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease baking sheet
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Cut in butter
Mix egg and milk in a small bowl then incorporate into dry ingredients until moistened
Split mixture in half.
Turn each half out onto a lightly floured surface and lightly knead and roll the first half into a half inch thick square. For the second half, add cheddar then knead and roll into half inch thick square.
Cut each half into 6 small squares and place on baking sheet. Bake for 12 mins or until golden brown
