Do you lead cooking workshops?
Yes, we lead all of the workshops and bring all the required materials. All you have to do is bring yourself and a fun spirit.
Do you have a vegan menu?
We don't have a vegan menu, however, we do have vegetarian options within all of our menus. If you're looking for a specific vegan option, please include it within the body of your request.
Can you cook for gluten-free clients?
We cook in your kitchen, as long as your kitchen is a gluten free environment, we can provide the pots and pans that are celiac friendly.
Can I customize the menus?
The Express Menus are set menus, however, we welcome you to try the Tailored Menu package
It says plus the cost of ingredients, how much do ingredients cost?
Ingredient costs vary by menu. The more complex the menu, the higher the ingredient cost. Also, the choice of menu has varying cost of ingredients.
Can I order more items on the menu than stated?
Yes, for an extra fee plus the cost of ingredients, you can order additional menu items.
Can I mix and match menu items?
Yes. If you're ordering using the Tailored package, you can mix and match from the express menus.
What's the difference between the membership levels?
Line Cook memberships give you access to classes that are considered easier recipes such as chicken noodle soup and apple pie. This level gives you access to comment in the chefs notes section and keep track of your interactions within the site. Annual rates are discounted.

Sous Chef memberships give you access to more advanced subjects like a bavarian cream and turtle cheesecakes. This level also gives you access to comment in the chefs notes section and keep track of your interactions within the site. Annual rates are discounted

Stagier gives you a 2 week temporary access to the advanced membership section.

Clients is an area for clients to keep track of their events, menus invoices and experiences with us.
Why can't I comment in the chef's notes section?
Though you can view the section, the only way to comment is to become a member. Kami membership will allow you access to comment on the Chef's Notes, but not access to the membership classes.
